These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.loveallplay.co and the racket-stringing services of Love All Play LLC at 4010 148th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052.
This is our shop’s policy. It is not a guarantee of statutory compliance.

By using the site, creating an account, booking an appointment, or submitting a stringing request, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies:
1. Who we are
We operate a badminton and tennis racket-stringing studio in Redmond, Washington. The website lets you request drop-off service, book express appointments, submit tournament-event orders when a link is provided, contact us, and (if you sign in) view your history.
We do not sell goods for shipment through an online checkout. Payment is in person / at pickup. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone where requested).
- You may use the site as a guest for drop-off and some order forms, or create an account.
- Accounts use Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your password or Google sign-in under your control.
- Appointments require a signed-in account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or that information is fraudulent.
Do not create an account for someone else without permission. Do not share your login.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false names, contact details, or racket/order information
- Abuse forms, attempt to overload the site, scrape, or probe the service for vulnerabilities
- Interfere with other customers’ appointments or orders
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or send content that is harassing, illegal, or unrelated to our services (including via the contact form)
We may cancel requests and limit access if we detect abuse.
4. Stringing and related services
Stringing work is described in the Stringing Service Policy. Prices shown online are estimates until we confirm materials and complete the work. Washington sales tax applies. You pay at pickup.
You are responsible for the tension, string, and options you request. We string according to the request we receive, within normal professional practice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, late arrival, work already started, and the fact that we do not charge cards online are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability (stringing and equipment)
Racket stringing involves tension, tools, and existing equipment condition. To the fullest extent allowed by Washington law:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or wear in a racket, grommets, or other parts that fail during or after stringing
- We are not liable for string breakage after you leave with the racket, or for playability outcomes that come from the tension or string you chose
- We are not liable for lost or delayed rackets caused by you not dropping off or picking up as instructed, or by events outside our reasonable control
- Our total liability for a given job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job (labor and materials we charged), except where the law does not allow that limit (for example, injury caused by our willful misconduct)
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. How you accept these Terms
Today: Using the website, creating an account, booking an appointment, or submitting an order or contact form means you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
When the website checkboxes ship (Phase 2):
- Signup (email or Google) will require you to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy before an account is created
- Guest / drop-off / tournament orders will require you to accept the Terms, Privacy Policy, Stringing Service Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy before submit
- Appointments already require sign-in; account acceptance is intended to cover that path once accounts cannot be created without it
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The lastUpdated date is the version date. If you continue to use the site after a change, the new Terms apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes that may be brought in court is in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.
