Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Love All Play LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://www.loveallplay.co and our racket-stringing services in Redmond, Washington.
This is our shop’s policy describing current practices. It is not a warranty that we comply with every privacy statute in every jurisdiction.

1. What we collect
We collect information you give us and some technical data created when you use the site.
Account
If you create an account (email and password, or Sign in with Google), we collect:
- Email address
- First and last name (when you provide them)
- Authentication data handled by our auth provider (see Processors). We do not store your password in our application. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth.
Signed-in customers can view their own order and appointment history on the site.
Guest orders, drop-off, appointments, and tournament requests
When you submit a stringing request (as a guest or while signed in), we collect:
- Name, email, and phone
- Racket details you enter (model, string choices, tension, grips, notes, and whether you are using store or customer-provided string)
- Appointment date and time, if you book a slot
- Tournament identifiers, if you use an event-specific order form
Appointments require a signed-in account.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, the service you selected, and your message.
Information we do not collect through the site
- Payment cards. You pay in person / at pickup. We do not take card numbers through the website and we do not store cards on the site.
- Marketing lists. We do not currently send promotional or marketing emails.
Automatically collected / technical data
Our hosting, analytics, and security tools may collect:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited
- Approximate timing of requests (including to limit abuse of forms and sign-in)
- Cookie and similar storage identifiers described below
2. Why we use it
We use this information to:
- Take and fulfill stringing orders and appointments
- Confirm pickup details and send transactional emails (order received, appointment confirmation, status updates, replies to contact messages)
- Operate accounts and show you your history
- Keep the queue accurate (for example, canceling a drop-off request if the racket is not received in time)
- Secure the site and reduce spam or abuse
- Understand how the public site is used (analytics)
- Comply with law and respond to your requests
3. Processors and where data goes
We use these service providers to run the shop. They process data on our behalf or as independent platforms:

We may also share information with staff at the studio as needed to string rackets, schedule appointments, and run events.
We do not sell your personal information.
Shop inboxes (including info@loveallplay.co and operational addresses such as order notifications) receive copies of transactional messages as needed to fulfill your request.
4. Emails: transactional only
Emails we send today are transactional only, for example:
- Order confirmation and order status updates
- Appointment confirmation
- Replies to the contact form
We do not use your address for marketing campaigns. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
5. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
The site uses cookies and similar storage:
- Session / account cookies — essential cookies from Supabase Auth so you can stay signed in
- Vercel Analytics — usage analytics on the hosted site
- Announcement preference — a cookie and/or browser storage so we can remember that you dismissed an announcement
- Order draft storage — optional local storage on your device if you save a stringing form draft (it stays on that browser unless you submit it)
We do not use a blocking cookie banner. This shop is based in Washington and is not designed as an EU/GDPR-targeted service. Details of cookies and analytics are disclosed here.
6. Children under 13
Our services are for customers and families using a racket-stringing studio. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There is no age gate in the product.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has submitted information, email info@loveallplay.co and we will delete it when we can identify the records.
7. Access, correction, and deletion
Email info@loveallplay.co to:
- Ask what we have about you
- Correct inaccurate account or order contact details
- Request deletion of your account or personal information
We keep order and appointment history as service records until you ask us to delete them (or longer if we must, for example a legal hold). Guest orders are tied to the email and phone you submitted.
Some copies cannot be fully erased (backups, security logs, or records we must keep by law). We will explain what we can and cannot remove when you write to us.
8. Security
- The public site is served over HTTPS (Vercel)
- Account passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth, not stored in our app
- We do not store payment cards on the site
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Data breach notification
If we become aware of a data breach that requires notice, we will notify affected customers and regulators as required by law.
10. Washington / United States
Love All Play is located in Redmond, Washington, United States. This policy is written for that shop and for customers using our U.S. website and studio. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information is still processed in connection with a Washington business.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The lastUpdated date at the top is the version date. Continued use of the site after a change means you should read the new version.
